What Smells Like Fish?

My husband says as he hobbles upstairs to see whats for lunch..."I don't know, maybe fish," is my reply. "I thought you were making tacos?" "I am...Catfish Tacos" He crinkles his face and I know he's going to give me a problem...I swear sometimes feeding my almost two year old is easier! But after he mocked choking down the first bite there were no more complaints from him or Caleb...because these catfish tacos were absolutely amazing. I got a great deal on Catfish (1.00/lb)at work, so we'll be eating a lot of it over the next few weeks...so my dh better "fish-up!" Give them a try..and I think you'll agree!
