Friday Faves: My Favorite FREE Lightroom Presets

I'm back!  And like any good friend I brought you all gifts back from my vacation or stay-cation, rather :)  That's right...the only thing better than faves...are FREE faves!

There are so many things I love about Adobe's Lightroom--including the ability to give my photos a one-of-a-kind look with the simple click of a button!

This is done with the use of presets--Lightroom's equivalent of  Photoshop's actions.  Like actions, presets can bring so many different looks and feels to your photos

All of these transformations were made with a simple click of a button--that's right, no additional edits were needed!

Message in a Bottle

Every year for Valentine's Day my husband struggles when it comes to gifts:  I don't particularly love chocolate...I'm allergic to perfume...I don't wear jewelry...and we DO NOT do fresh flowers! (NOTE: Fresh Flowers, Cats and Laptops don't compliment each other...if you did not know this, please take note! lol)  POOR JAKE!

Luckily I don't have the same problem when it comes to his gift!  This year, nothing says "I Love You" like a few meaningful words and M&Ms!  Better yet...his gift only cost me fifty cents and took me less than half of my lunch hour to make! 

Still looking for a quick last minute idea for that special someone?  No problem...stop by the convenient store, pick up a bag of their favorite little candies, scratch a special note for them on a piece of paper, roll it up, stick it in a bottle and then fill the bottle with the candy! Happy Valentine's Day!

Another Freebie Favorite!

So its been a while since my last Favorite Friday Freebie...but I figured it was time to bring it back out again and dust it off!  And this freebie is just right for such an occasion!  Available at Songbird Ave, this Mosaic Heart Template is perfect for all of your Valentine's Day los and projects or for your everyday Caleb Collage!

Ok so this wasn't necessarily a "friday freebie" but its friday and its free, so its my favorite friday freebie! If it looks familiar its because I used it in my Duggas and Ditties LO featured in my previous post. Its available any time at Jessica Sprague.com. I learned so much from her "Up & Running with Photoshop" class, she's a wonderful teacher, an amazing scrapper, and as if thats not enough, my son Caleb, loves her voice, everytime I watch my class videos, he comes right over to learn more about digi scrapping--too bad all he's really learned so far is to press the DELETE key.
